Brand New Eyes

"Riot", das vor gut zwei Jahren erschienene Deutschland-Debüt von Paramore, verdurstete trotz ordentlicher Radauschlägerei der Plattenfirma noch irgendwo in den hinteren Regionen der Albumcharts. Vieles spricht dafür, dass "Brand New Eyes" besser abschneiden wird. Die Band aus Tennessee schaffte es nicht nur, zwei Songs im Soundtrack zum Vampir-Abenteuer "Twilight" unterzubringen, sondern macht momentan auch eine Menge andere Dinge richtig. Sie tourte mit No Doubt, nahm kürzlich ein Konzert für die "MTV Unplugged"-Reihe auf und wird auf dem nächsten Studioalbum von R'n'B-Vordenker Timbaland zu hören sein. ~ Jochen Overbeck (teleschau) aufklappen »
